The 2013 Maryland Crop Insurance Workshop, sponsored by the Center for Agricultural and Natural Resource Policy University of Maryland Extension, Maryland Department of Agriculture, and U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency took place September 4th at the Loews Hotel in Annapolis with expert speakers scheduled to share their thoughts about the current state of crop insurance, what a new Farm Bill means to crop insurance, and any recent changes crop insurance products.
